Beth Stern is an Associate Broker with over 30 years of experience in real estate. Her specialty is selling luxury new developments, honed over 18 years as a Senior Sales Director for Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. She has had the pleasure of selling some of the most iconic buildings in NYC and has earned the prestigious “Billion Dollar Club Award” at Corcoran Sunshine.
Beth has successfully sold properties in every market cycle to first-time home buyers, investors, celebrities, and high-net-worth individuals. She listens attentively to her clients' wishes and needs, helping them find a home that will make them happy.
Prior to her role at Corcoran Sunshine, Beth was the Director of Market Research for The Sunshine Group for 13 years. In this role, she worked on the pre-development planning, pricing, and marketing for over 20 premier buildings, including One Beacon Court, The Residences at Time Warner Center, The Park Imperial, 170 East End Ave, The Westbury at 15 East 69 Street, 610 Park Ave, 521 & 525 Park Ave, and The Park Laurel.
Beth is also licensed in Florida, where she has recently worked on new developments in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. She brings unique knowledge of these areas and offers insights into opportunities for primary, secondary, or investment purchases.
Beth holds a BA in Economics from The George Washington University and an MBA in Marketing from Fordham Graduate School of Business. She proudly raised her two daughters on the Upper East Side and now resides on the Upper West Side near Central Park, her “go-to” place for bike riding, jogging, and bird watching. She enjoys yoga, Zumba, music, and traveling. A passionate animal lover, she is an avid supporter of animal charities.
